Delmera camouflage emergency sleeping bag for compact survival use
A compact emergency bivy sack that packs small and is designed for survival, camping and hiking use.
This Delmera emergency sleeping bag is a lightweight bivy sack designed to pack down small and keep close at hand in your survival kit, bug out bag, camping gear or glove box. The selected camouflage colour is a practical, low-profile option for outdoor use.
It measures 3.08 ft x 6.73 ft, or 37 x 80.7 inches, and is described as large enough for an adult. At 4.6 oz, it is easy to carry, and it comes rolled in a nylon drawstring stuff sack for storage.
What it is designed to do
- Works as an emergency sleeping bag, survival blanket and bivy sack in one
- Made from extra-thick 26um mylar material with a tear and puncture resistant coating
- Designed to help retain body heat in emergency situations
- Described as offering protection against rain, wind and snow
Things to keep in mind before you buy
This is an emergency shelter item rather than a full sleeping bag for regular overnight comfort. The appeal is its small packed size, low weight and emergency use, so it suits people who want a backup layer for outdoor trips or vehicle kits.
The listing also says the bright orange version can help rescuers spot you more easily, but the selected variation here is camouflage, so visibility will not be the same as a high-visibility colour.
