Lightweight 13L hiking backpack with a close, movement-friendly fit
A very light 13L daypack with a V-cut shape for easier movement, plus hydration system and helmet holder attachment points.
The Deuter Speed Lite 13L is a compact hiking backpack designed to keep weight down without feeling bare-bones. At 370g, it is built for shorter walks, fast-paced days out, or times when you only need the essentials close to hand.
What the shape and carry feel are aiming for
The V-cut design is intended to give you more freedom of movement and help keep the load centred. That makes it a sensible choice when you want a small pack that stays out of the way rather than feeling bulky on the trail.
Useful attachment points for outdoor add-ons
- Loops for a helmet holder, with the holder available separately as an accessory
- Attachment for a hydration system, compatible with the deuter Streamer 2.0, which is not included
Material and build notes
- Main material made from 100% recycled materials
- bluesign certified main material
The Ink-wave colour and 13L size make this a neat, compact option for carrying a modest amount of kit. The limited capacity is worth keeping in mind if you usually pack extra layers, food, or bulkier items.
