Gregory Wander 30 Kids Hiking Backpack, 30L, Red (Redrock)

Adjustable kids’ hiking backpack with 30L capacity

A lightweight, adjustable kids' hiking backpack with hydration compatibility and practical storage for day walks and family adventures.

The Gregory Wander 30 is a children’s daypack designed for hiking and active days out. With a 30L capacity, a 63 x 31 x 21 cm profile and a weight of 0.89 kg, it gives younger walkers a proper pack size without feeling overly bulky.

The Redrock colour gives it a bright, easy-to-spot look, while the adjustable fit is made to suit growing hikers. It is also hydration compatible, which is useful if you prefer to keep water close at hand on the trail.

Carrying comfort and fit

• VersaFit adjustable torso and hipbelt help the pack sit properly as your child grows
• Wishbone alloy frame is designed to support a heavier load while keeping some flexibility
• Padded 3D foam backpanel is made for close-to-back breathability
• Perforated foam shoulder harnesses add breathability and include an integrated safety whistle

Storage and access

• Front U-zip access makes it easier to reach items at the bottom of the main compartment
• Large zippered hipbelt pockets can hold most phones
• Floating top pocket includes a zippered security pocket underneath
• Dual side stretch mesh pockets offer extra space for bottles or smaller items
• Front stretch mesh pocket uses a durable fabric panel for abrasion resistance

Trail-friendly details

• Trekking pole attachment system with adjustable bungee closure
• Hydration sleeve with universal hydration hanger and integrated hose routing
• Reflective upper and lower attachment loops for visibility and clip points

For families looking for a properly sized hiking pack for children, the main things to check are fit, capacity and whether the storage layout suits the kind of day trips planned. This model leans towards practical trail use rather than casual school carry.
