ORTOVOX Bivy Single emergency bivy bag, shocking orange, size 1

Single-person bivy protection with a heat-reflective lining

A single-person bivy bag with an internal silver coating to help reflect body heat, plus a secured rolltop stowage bag.

The ORTOVOX Bivy Single is a one-person bivy bag in shocking orange, supplied in size 1. It is designed to help protect from the cold by reflecting radiation thanks to the internal silver coating.

What the design is aiming to do

This is a compact emergency-style layer rather than a sleeping bag in the usual sense. The focus is on giving one person an added barrier against cold conditions when you need simple, packable shelter.

• Internal silver coating to help reflect radiation
• Made for one person
• Secured stowage bag with compression and rolltop closure

Pack-down and carrying

The included stowage bag is described as secured, compressed and fitted with a rolltop, which should make it easier to keep together in a pack until needed.

For anyone comparing bivy bags, the key points here are the single-person sizing, the heat-reflective lining and the compact storage setup.
