Hands-free dog carrier backpack for small to medium dogs
A lightweight front or back dog carrier for small to medium dogs, with an adjustable fit and legs-out design for hands-free outings.
The ALLSOPETS Dog Front Carrier Backpack is designed for carrying a small to medium dog in a legs-out position, with a lightweight, adjustable design that can be worn on the front or back. The Fire Red size M version is aimed at dogs under 36 lbs, and the listing advises checking the size chart before buying to make sure the fit is right for your dog’s shape and measurements.
Fit matters with this style of carrier
The seller recommends measuring your dog’s back length and chest girth before ordering. Back length should be taken from the end of the neck to the start of the tail, not including the tail itself. If your dog falls between sizes, back length should be the priority.
This carrier is described as best suited to dogs with a normal body shape. It is not recommended for long, narrow breeds such as Dachshunds, or for short and bulky breeds, as their proportions may not sit comfortably in this design.
Made for easier wear and more movement
- The adjustable full buckle system is designed to make the carrier quicker to put on than a zip-up style.
- Air mesh padding and open space are intended to improve breathability and reduce stuffiness.
- The legs-out design gives your dog more freedom of movement while being carried.
- The backpack can be worn on the front or the back, depending on what feels more comfortable for you.
Where it fits into everyday use
This is a practical hands-free carrier for outings such as hiking, cycling, shopping, and camping. It is aimed at owners who want a portable way to keep a small or medium dog close while still having their hands free.
