The Kestrel is built for longer days on the trail, with a large 68L capacity and a fit aimed at men’s body shapes in the L/XL size. The black finish keeps it straightforward and versatile, while the pack’s layout focuses on practical carry rather than unnecessary extras.

For changing weather, it includes an integrated raincover that stores in a zippered pocket at the base of the pack. There is also trekking pole attachment and easy-access organisation, which helps keep the essentials close to hand when you are moving through mixed terrain.

Carry comfort on technical ground

The AirScape backpanel uses adjustable torso lengths and a new injection-moulded framesheet. In plain terms, that means the pack is set up for a stable, breathable, close-to-body carry, which is useful when the trail gets more demanding.

Kestrel/Kyte packs are body-specific for comfort and stability across different builds. The men’s version is described as best suited to body types that are broader and less curved than the women’s packs in the range.
