YUFFQOPC 2 Pack Emergency Sleeping Bag with 2 Survival Whistles and 2 Carabiners

Compact emergency sleeping bags for outdoor backup

Compact emergency bivvy bags with whistles and carabiners for added backup in outdoor and travel kits.

These YUFFQOPC emergency sleeping bags are made for times when you need simple shelter you can carry without much fuss. The 2 pack format makes it easy to keep one in a backpack and one in a car, or split them between two kits.

Each bag folds down to a small size and is made from tear-resistant Mylar foil. The listing says the material is windproof and waterproof, and that it can retain up to 90% of body heat. It is designed for emergency use rather than everyday sleeping comfort.

What you get in this pack

• 2 emergency sleeping bags
• 2 survival whistles
• 2 carabiners

Size and practical use

When opened, each bag measures 84 x 36 inches, or 210 x 90 cm. That gives full coverage for adults and teens, and the bag can also be used as a bivvy sack, emergency blanket, or groundsheet.

It is intended for camping, hiking, travel, festivals, and general emergency preparedness. The reflective surface can also be used as a signal aid in an emergency.

Things to keep in mind

• Best suited to emergency shelter and backup use, not as a full replacement for a regular sleeping bag
• The Mylar construction is light and compact, but it is still a simple emergency layer rather than a padded sleep system
• The included whistle and carabiner add useful extras for kit organisation and safety planning
