Snugpak Bivvi Bag WGTE Waterproof Sleeping Bag Cover, Black, Standard

Snugpak Bivvi Bag WGTE waterproof sleeping bag cover

A lightweight bivvy bag with Paratex Dry fabric, windproof protection and a 5000mm hydrostatic head for compact shelter in the outdoors.

The Snugpak Bivvi Bag WGTE is a compact bivvy bag in Black and Standard size, made for times when you want a simple outer layer over your sleeping system. It uses Paratex Dry nylon material and is listed with a 5000mm hydrostatic head, along with windproof protection.

At 300g, it keeps bulk down in your kit, which makes it easier to carry as part of a wild camping or emergency setup. The format also gives you flexibility: it can be used on its own or paired with a sleeping system and air mat.

What the material and build are for

• Paratex Dry helps create a breathable enclosure.
• The listed 5000mm hydrostatic head adds a clear water-resistance reference for wet conditions.
• Windproof protection gives extra shelter when the weather turns.

Where it fits best

• Wild camping where a compact bivvy bag is useful.
• Emergency use when you need a lightweight shelter layer.
• Setups that use a sleeping system and air mat.

The overall focus is on low weight, packability and basic weather protection rather than extra features or bulky comfort extras. That makes it a straightforward piece of kit for keeping in reserve when space in the pack matters.
